House rules

To ensure the peace, safety, and quality of our treatments, we ask you to respect the rules below.

Peace & quiet

All treatments at Body Mind take place in silence.
We deliberately create a peaceful environment where you can completely relax. We'll discuss your wishes and specific details beforehand, of course.

Phone on silent

Please turn your phone completely on silent or off when you enter.
Calling in the treatment room or waiting room is not permitted.

Arrive on time

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
Are you arriving late? The appointment can be shortened to prevent delays. The end time always remains the same.

Cancel or reschedule

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours or in case of no-show, we will charge the full treatment fee.

Health

Always report pregnancy, injuries, medical complaints or medication in advance.
If we are unsure whether a treatment is responsible, we may adjust or refuse it.

Personal hygiene

We expect every guest to take care of personal hygiene.
If this is not the case, we may refuse treatment.

Respect & safety

Body Mind is a place of peace and trust.
Inappropriate or unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. In such cases, we will immediately terminate treatment, and payment remains required.

Valuables

It is best to leave valuables at home.
Body Mind is not liable for loss or theft.

 

Gift cards

Each gift card has a unique number, issue date and expiry date.
The monetary value is linked to the unique number and visible when scanning in our system.

The monetary value is always decisive, even when a package deal is stated on the gift voucher.

Is the treatment more expensive? Then you pay the difference.
Is this cheaper? Then the remaining amount remains valid until the expiration date.

After the expiry date, the gift card will automatically expire.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
