Tonya comes from Ukraine and brings extensive experience. After working in Australia for many years, she specialized in deep tissue massage and other relaxation techniques. Tonya helps release tension and restore balance to the body.

As a versatile beautician and massage therapist, Sabrina brings softness, tranquility, and skin improvement to every treatment. With years of experience in the beauty industry, she works with care and sensitivity.

Fernanda leads group sessions at Body Mind, including Cacao Ceremonies, Women's Circles, Meditations, and Sound Healings. With her gentle energy and Colombian roots, she creates a loving atmosphere where everyone can relax and find their inner peace.

Naomi gives body and facial massages with great love and attention to body and mind. With her intuitive skills, she creates a uniquely relaxing experience every time. Naomi is available every Tuesday evening and is also part of our Retreats team!

Kaylee is the face behind the scenes for all of Body Mind's creative content. Her young and creative spirit always generates the best ideas.

Ylva delivers her treatments with pure energy and creates a safe environment where you can completely let go. Her massages are focused on relaxation, helping body and mind regain balance. In her free time, she enjoys creating art and dancing.

Sanne helps us build valuable partnerships with other entrepreneurs. She follows, connects, and supports, ensuring that Body Mind becomes increasingly visible and strongly connected in Alkmaar and beyond.

Sara combines her love of mountain nature with her work as a massage therapist. With years of experience in massage and beauty treatments at Spa Zuiver, among others, she brings relaxation and recovery with care and attention at Body Mind Alkmaar.

Indy supports Body Mind with creative content for social media, using photos and videos. She ensures that our online presence aligns with the Body Mind vision.
