Here you will find practical information about your visit to Body Mind Alkmaar.
From what you can expect during a treatment to parking and our working methods.
 

What can you expect?

During your first visit, we'll take a brief time to discuss your wishes. Then, the treatment begins in peace and quiet. You'll lie on a heated massage table and be discreetly covered with towels. Only the area to be treated is uncovered. Afterward, you'll receive a glass of water or tea.


Accessibility

Body Mind Alkmaar is located in the center of Alkmaar and is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

By car

Paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Rates Parking garage Alkmaar Center:

  • Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 21:00 → €3.05 per hour (max. 2 hours)

  • Friday and Saturday 09:00 – 18:00 → €3.05 per hour (max. 2 hours)

  • Friday and Saturday 6pm – 9pm → €3.90 per hour (max. 2 hours)

  • Sunday 12:00 – 17:00 → €3.05 per hour (max. 2 hours)

  • Maximum daily rate: €24.20

Cheaper parking:

  • There are free P+R areas on the edge of the city centre.

  • At the Parcade Overstad car park you can park within walking distance at a reasonable daily rate.

By public transport

Our studio is within walking distance of the Alkmaar Kanaalkade bus stop (FLX line).

You can also reach us from Alkmaar station in just a few minutes by bus or bicycle.

First time massage

During your first appointment, we'll start with a short consultation. We'll discuss your wishes, any complaints, and any special circumstances.

You'll be asked to change clothes and take a seat on the heated massage table. During the massage, you'll be discreetly covered with towels.

Afterward, you'll receive a glass of water. Drinking plenty of water after the treatment helps your body eliminate waste products.
