Insight cards

In our everyday lives we are constantly distracted in everything we do. You may recognize it: that your head is full and your attention is not in the here and now. It often proves to be quite a challenge to continue to focus on what we find important deep in our hearts and what gives our lives meaning. The Inner Compass cards, designed by Neel van Lierop, offer a way to reconnect with your inner compass. Drawing a random card invites you to respond intuitively. There is no 'wrong' card to choose. The power lies mainly in consciously giving space to the subconscious, space for self-reflection and contemplation. In this way you can discover what you want to let go of and what steps you can take towards what really makes you happy.

At the end of each session there is the opportunity to draw an insight card from one of our card decks.
